IAFF MG National Rally

The IAFF Motorcycle Group (IAFF-MG) will hold its 5th National Rally in Newburgh, New York September 9th through the 12th, 2011.  

Orange County Choppers [OCC] and the Hilton Garden Inn Newburgh will be hosting the IAFF-MG’s 5th National Rally, September 9th – 12th, 2011 in Newburgh, NY along with IAFF Affiliates 589 [Newburgh] and F-7 [West Point].The IAFF-MG will be headquartered out of the Hilton Garden Inn and will have a booth centrally located on-site for membership, registration, day/group ride information, and other assistance that may be required. All IAFF-MG events will be located on and/or between these two properties and all of our rides will start and end at this location.

Following are dates for the 2011 Rally.

Friday, September 9th, 2011: Registration ~ Welcome Reception (location TBA) 

Saturday, September 10th, 2011: Day Rides and other events (TBD)  

Sunday, September 11th, 2011: Ride to Remember [Group Ride to New York City] 

Monday, September 12th, 2011: Riders Depart 

 Planning for the rally continues and the On-Line Registration for the Rally is now open [Click Here to Register]. Note: There is a $50.00 Registration fee for riders that are "not" current IAFF-MG Members and a $25.00 Registration Fee for Passengers that are not members of the IAFF-MG. There is "no" Registration Fee for IAFF-MG members. The 1st 500 to register on-line will receive a "free" 2011 Ride Coin. The 2nd 500 to register will recieve a "free" 2011 IAFF-MG [9-11 Tribute] decal. So register soon...

IAFFMG National Rally Hotel Information: Unfortunately, there is not a single property in the area that can house and/or handle our event. So with that said, the IAFF-MG has secured blocks of rooms at various hotels within a 30 mile radius of the OCC and the Hilton Garden Inn.  We also have secured discounted hotel rates for our riders traveling to and from Newburgh in an attempt to help you defray the cost of traveling to the rally. Click Here to access the listing of Hotels for your stay in the Newburgh, NY area as well as a listing of those hotel properties offering discounts to our riders as they travel to the National Rally. Cut-off date for making hotel reservations is July 29, 2011. These hotel properties will sell out quickly... So the longer you wait, te further out from the Rally site you will be... Plan ahead and register for the Rally and make your hotel reservations now...
